DESA TLEMANG – With determination and unwavering effort, the Satgas TMMD ke-129 has once again joined forces with the residents of Dusun Bakon in Desa Tlemang. In the area designated as the source of clean water, the TNI soldiers and local community members have rolled up their sleeves to excavate the ground for the installation of water pipe lines.
This pipe excavation marks a significant advancement following the earlier phase of cleaning the water source area. The channel currently being dug is intended to be the primary pipeline that delivers clean water directly to residents’ homes, ensuring their daily domestic water needs are met in Dusun Bakon.
From dawn, with the help of tools like hoes, picks, and shovels, soldiers in camouflage uniforms worked side by side with dozens of local inhabitants to carve out the path for the pipeline. Despite grappling with tough and rocky soil at various points, the sweat and collaborative spirit did not dampen the cheerful rhythm of work in the field.
Lettu Czi Jamil, the Komandan Kompi of Satgas TMMD 129, emphasized that this excavation phase is a testament to the dedication of the Task Force in hastening the arrival of clean water for the community of Dusun Bakon. He expressed his optimism that when drilling and pump installation are completed, the entire piping network will be ready to flow without further delay, fulfilling the aspiration of the residents for a reliable clean water supply.
